Notice Text: |
Stingray’s current pig run (See notice ID 682) has been temporarily interrupted due to third party liquid take-a-way issues.
To address imbalances caused by production received without downstream deliveries, shippers are expected to sell off these imbalances before months end; however, if the delivery constraints are still in effect at the closing of Intraday 3 nomination cycle (7:00 PM CST) for the June 30, 2019 gas day, Stingray will waive cashout tiering.
Stingray continues to request all platforms remain flowing for the duration of this pig run in order to continue forward movement of pig. As new information becomes available Stingray will post an additional update.
This event continues as a Force Majeure, pursuant to Section 23 of the General Terms and Conditions of Stingray’s FERC Gas Tariff.
