Beginning Tuesday, April 17, 2018, and over the next 45 days, Stingray will be launching a series of pigs on the 24 and 30” laterals to complete abandonment of Stingray Pipeline segments 8290 and 9691. During this time, higher line pressures along the Stingray system can be expected.
Please Note: The final pig run of the series will commence in middle to late May 2018 and will likely result in a system shut-in of approximately 1-week duration.
As with all maintenance in the Gulf of Mexico, this time frame is dependent upon weather and other factors beyond Stingray’s control. Additional information, and/or delays, will be posted as they become available.
Stingray’s next routine pig launch, not affiliated with these abandonment procedures, will be Thursday April 12, 2018.
