Upon further assessment, Stingray has determined the source of the leak originally mentioned in Notice ID 265. In order to contain the leak, Stingray will need to lower the pressure on Stingray’s 30” Pipeline segment 3394 and Stingray’s 24” Pipeline segment 8920. To do so, Stingray is requiring that the following platforms shut in immediately and until further notice.
Garden Banks 189 Chevron (PIN 400189) Garden Banks 668 Gunnison (PIN 400668) HI-A330 HIOS/Stingray (PIN 70A330) West Cameron 544 Arena Offshore (PIN 600544) West Cameron 548 Arena Offshore (PIN 600548) West Cameron 552 Black Elk (PIN 600552) West Cameron 661 Tarpon (PIN 600661)
The following platform continues to be required to remain shut in until further notice:
West Cameron 616 W&T Offshore (PIN 600616)
The duration of this project is yet to be determined. Weather and other factors beyond Stingray’s control may hinder or expedite the progress of the work.

The event constitutes a Force Majeure, pursuant to Section 23 of the General Terms and Conditions of Stingray’s FERC Gas Tariff.
