Stingray continues the notification process to have affected platforms to return to service. Timing has been delayed for various reasons over the last few days that have been beyond Stingray’s control.
The following platforms continue to be required to remain shut in until further notice:
West Cameron 552 Black Elk (PIN 600552) West Cameron 616 W&T Offshore (PIN 600616)
The following platforms have been cleared to resume production:
Garden Banks 189 Chevron (PIN 400189) Garden Banks 668 Gunnison (PIN 400668) West Cameron 544 Arena Offshore (PIN 600544) West Cameron 548 Arena Offshore (PIN 600548) West Cameron 661 Tarpon (PIN 600661)
As a reminder, Stingray Operations will call the affected platforms for a staged, systematic return to service. There is a very specific order and time frame that Stingray Operations must follow in this process. Please DO NOT resume flows on any of the affected platforms until the formal request from Stingray Operations has been made.
Please Note: If at the time of notification an affected platform is unable to return to service, please inform Stingray Operations so the return to service process with other affected parties can proceed. Once a previously contacted platform is ready to return to service, DO NOT resume flows until Stingray Operations has been contacted.
Additional information will be posted as it becomes available.
The Force Majeure issued on October 5, 2014 (see Notice ID 265), pursuant to Section 23 of the General Terms and Conditions of Stingray’s FERC Gas Tariff, remains in effect.
