Stingray continues working diligently to process liquids (see Notice ID 241) as a result of the recent 22” lateral pig launch. At this time, Stingray’s onshore liquids facilities remain at capacity, and Stingray is unable to deliver to downstream pipelines, as downstream takeaway issues have hindered the volume of liquids that can be processed.
Due to ongoing downstream takeaway issues, Stingray will be confirming all Evening cycle (9:00 AM CCT) nominations for Gas Day July 24, 2014 to 0 (zero). Stingray requests that all receipt points remain shut in until further notice. Additional information regarding return to service will be posted as it becomes available.
This event constitutes a Force Majeure, pursuant to Section 23 of the General Terms and Conditions of Stingray’s FERC Gas Tariff.
