Rover Pipeline FTS Open Season

Rover Pipeline is soliciting binding bids from Shippers interested in acquiring firm transportation utilizing Rover’s Firm Transportation Service (Rate Schedule FTS) under the following criteria:

 

Primary Receipt Points: Rover Supply Zone Points of Receipt (subject to available capacity)

Primary Delivery Point: ANRWK, PFALC, FIN, Dawn, or Z1A (subject to available capacity)

 

 

Open Season CQ: Up to 200,000 Dth/d (subject to available receipt and delivery point capacity)

Start Date: June 1, 2024

Minimum Term: June 1, 2024 – October 31, 2024

 

 

Any interested party must complete the attached binding bid form and return it to Rover, via email or fax as directed below.   The deadline for submitting bids is 12 PM CST on Thursday, May 23^rd, 2024.   

 

All bids shall be deemed to be binding on Shippers.  Rover reserves the right to reject or accept any non-conforming bids.  Bids that do not meet the criteria set forth above, are incomplete or would require changes to the FTS Form of Service Agreement set forth in Rover’s Tariff will be deemed non-conforming bids.  Rover’s discretion to reject or accept a bid, including any non-conforming bid, shall be exercised on a not unduly discriminatory basis.

 

After the close of this Open Season, Rover will evaluate all conforming and acceptable bids.  Awards of capacity, if any, will be based on the greatest unitized net present value (per Dth) of the reservation charges produced by an acceptable bid, or combination of acceptable bids, received in this Open Season.  Bids with an equal net present value will be awarded on a pro rata basis.
