MRT CAPACITY AVAILABILTY

TO ALL MRT CUSTOMERS AND POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS
RE: NOTICE OF CAPACITY AVAILABLE FOR April 2022
Enable Mississippi River Transmission, LLC has available firm
capacity for transportation, as well as FSS. Please see prior
notices posted under Non-Critical Notices. MRT also has
interruptible capacity for transportation from time to time
under Rate Schedules IT (including Overrun Services), ISS and
PALS. MRT is willing to consider discounts on a long and short
term basis for such available interruptible capacity. Capacity
available for interruptible services is generally limited by
contractual and operational considerations. MRT may also have
available capacity for transportation under Rate Schedule FT
from time to time along various segments. Interested customers
and potential customers should check the capacity section of
MRT s website to view unsubscribed receipt and/or delivery point
amounts and locations. Any such capacity will be subject to the
general terms and conditions of MRT's currently effective
tariff, including the provisions of Section 8 which address
nominations, scheduling, constant flow rate obligation and other
conditions contained therein.
