Contract Duration shall continue month to month after Contract
Duration End Date unless cancelled upon thirty (30) days written
notice by either Customer or MRT.
For all points other than those listed in this posting and after
Contract Entitlement Date, the Rate Charged for all deliveries shall be
MRT's maximum ITS tariff rate plus applicable fees and charges,
unless parties otherwise agree.
After the Contract Entitlement End Date, receipt and
delivery points shall be all MRT receipt and delivery points.
Rates shall never be less than applicable minimum.
Customer foregoes its right to any refunds attributable to
volumes shipped at a discounted rate unless the final applicable
approved rate is less than the discount rate.
