  This Agreement shall become effective as of
  May 1, 2024 and shall continue for a primary
  term ending April 30, 2030; provided, however,
  that this Agreement shall continue to be in effect
  from year to year thereafter unless and until
  terminated by either MRT or Customer by written
  notice, or electronically via the Internet,
  as permitted or required by MRT, to the other
  delivered at least twelve (12) months prior to the
  contract term end date.

  Pursuant to Section 15.8, GT&C of MRT's Tariff, the parties
  have agreed to an extension of the term with respect to all
  of the capacity previously committed under this Agreement.
