of such updates and MRT shall have no liability or responsibility for
Replacement Shipper's failure to provide updated recall information.

such new information, must be provided to MRT in writing or electronically
via the Internet as specified by MRT. MRT has no obligation to provide
notification until Replacement Shipper provides an Internet e-mail address
for that purpose.

The terms and conditions reflected in this award shall be incorporated
into a Service Agreement in the form for the appropriate Rate Schedule
as specified in this posting. The form Service Agreements are located
on MRT's Internet web site at:
Transportation Service Agreement
The award terms and conditions, together with the Service Agreement
described above, shall constitute the terms and conditions of service
for the release.
For purposes of the form Service Agreements, the award terms shown above
shall have the following meanings: 'Contract Begin Date' shall mean
'Effective date'; 'Contract End Date' shall mean 'Primary Term End Date';
'Contract Quantity' shall mean 'Maximum Daily Quantity'.
With respect to Exhibit A of the form Service Agreement and the terms
shown thereon:
If the Releasing Customer had and released Primary Receipt and Primary
Delivery Point capacity to Replacement Customer, the Replacement Customer
shall have a Primary Path between such points, as defined in Section 1,
GT&C, of MRT's tariff. Otherwise, Replacement Customer shall have a
Secondary Path between its Receipt and Delivery Points. For Replacement
Customers with Primary Path, Line Priority and Rate Zone Capacity shall
be as defined in Section 8.2(b), GT&C of MRT's tariff, and Line Capacity
shall be the total amount of capacity in a line to which the Replacement
Customer is entitled based on its Primary Path. For Replacement Customers
with Secondary Paths, Line Priority shall be defined in Section
14.9(a), GT&C of MRT's tariff, Rate Zone Capacity shall be as defined in
Section 8.2(b), GT&C of MRT's tariff, and Line Capacity shall be the total
amount of capacity in a line to which the Replacement Customer is
entitled based on the quantities released by the Releasing Customer on
a particular line consistent with its Primary Path.

The addresses for Notices and Bills to the Replacement Customer
(Section 5, TSA) shall be those provided in the most recent Credit
Application submitted by Replacement Customer to MRT under General
Information - Mailing Address and Applicant's Billing Information,
respectfully. Payments to MRT will be made at the address shown
on Replacement Customer's bills, as it may change from time to time.

The Replacement Customer's Receipt Points (Section 3, TSA) shall be
described above under the heading Gas Transaction Point 1 (GTP 1),
and the Maximum Quantity for the Receipt Points shall be the Award
Quantity specified above, unless otherwise specified in this award
posting. The Replacement Customer's Delivery Points shall be
described above under the heading Gas Transaction Point 2 (GTP 2),
and the Maximum Quantity for the Delivery Points shall be the Award
Quantity, unless otherwise specified in this award posting. If the
Releasing Customer had and released Primary Receipt Point and/or
Primary Delivery Point capacity to the Replacement Customer, then
such point(s) shall be Primary Receipt Point(s) and/or Primary
Delivery Point(s), as applicable, for the Replacement Customer. All
points other than primary points released by Releasing Customer shall
be Secondary Receipt Point(s) and/or Secondary Delivery Point(s), as
applicable, for the Replacement Customer.
Rates:

Notwithstanding the provisions of the applicable form TSA,
Replacement Customer shall pay, or cause to be paid, the applicable
Award Reservation Rate or Award Volumetric Rate as set forth above.
