Rate Charged and Maximum Tariff Rate (Max Trf Rate) are shown as unit
rate on an assumed 100% load factor basis.
Contract Duration shall continue after Contract Duration End Date
unless and until terminated by either MRT or Customer by written
notice to the other delivered at least one (1) year prior to
the date of intended termination.
This Agreement amends and restates the Superseding
Amended and Restated Service Agreement originally
effective November 1, 1993, as subsequently amended,
restated and/or superseded prior to or as of the
effective date hereof, between the parties hereto.
The rate for up to 3,000 Dth/D of Authorized Overrun
from Receipt Points within the Field Zone to Delivery
Points within the Market Zone shall be equal to 85%
of the Maximum Rate Schedule ITS Tariff rate for Field
Zone to Market Zone Usage Charges. Any other authorized
overrun quantities shall be at the applicable maximum
Tariff rate.
Line Capacities and Line Priorities applicable to
services provided under this Agreement shall be
determined pursuant to the provisions of MRT's Tariff
(currently set forth at GT&C Section 8.2 (b)), as
subsequently amended and in effect from time to time.
Line Capacity
West 5 Dth/D
On any given day, the Customer is entitled to the
greater of 5 Dth or 0.005% of available West Line
capacity.
Rate Zone Capacities

Market 3,000 Dth/D
On any day MRT shall not be obligated to receive or
deliver a cumulative quantity in excess of the MDQ
set forth in this Agreement.
