This Agreement shall be in effect after the Primary
Term End Date at the capacity levels then in effect
unless and until terminated by either MRT or Customer
by written notice to the other delivered at least
six (6) months prior to the next succeeding contract year.
Pursuant to Section 15.8, GT&C of MRT's Tariff,
the parties have agreed to an extension of the
term with respect to all of the capacity previously
committed under this Agreement.
