 Due to high inventory levels remaining in storage, Enable Mississippi River Transmission, LLC                                                                                                                                                            
 ( MRT ) has determined to delay the end-of-season shut-in and maintenance at its Unionville                                                                                                                                                              
 storage facility until May 20, 2024.  As a result, MRT is providing this notice to inform MRT s                                                                                                                                                          
 storage customers that they may elect to have the charges assessed pursuant to Section 4.4 of                                                                                                                                                            
 Rate Schedule FSS in MRT s Tariff applicable to all remaining storage volumes in excess of                                                                                                                                                               
 twenty percent (20%) of the highest inventory quantity held in storage under the relevant FSS                                                                                                                                                            
 contract calculated based on the remaining storage inventory under the relevant FSS contract as                                                                                                                                                          
 of the end of the gas day on May 19, 2024, rather than the remaining storage inventory as of May                                                                                                                                                         
 1, 2024.  Storage customers wishing to elect this option must inform MRT of their election by                                                                                                                                                            
 contacting Mike Stoll at (636) 812-7121 or by email at Mike.Stoll@energytransfer.com on or
