 Enable-Mississippi River Transmission Corporation ( MRT )
 Right of First Refusal Posting
 June 1, 2023

Pursuant to Section 15.3 (c) of the General Terms and Conditions of MRT's
FERC Gas Tariff ("GT&C"), notice is hereby given of the potential availability of
firm transportation capacity on MRT's system effective April 1, 2024. The firm
transportation capacity consists of 105,388 Dth/day of Southbound Main Line
capacity. The primary path associated with this capacity is from the Glendale
Field Zone receipt point to the EGT Perryville delivery point.

The award of the firm transportation capacity posted herein is subject to all terms
and conditions of MRT's FERC Gas Tariff, as amended from time to time and the
existing customer's contractual right of first refusal ("ROFR") under its Rate
Schedule FTS pursuant to Section 15 of the GT&C. Consistent with Section 15.5
and 14.3 (a)(vi) of the GT&C, MRT will evaluate and determine the best bid(s)
received in accordance with the Commission's regulations and its tariff. Subject
to the posting requirements of Section 15.7 of the GT&C and any regulatory
requirements, MRT will use a closed-bid process.

Customers desiring to bid on this capacity must submit bids by June 30, 2023
emailing a completed Request Form, which is attached, to
Mike.Stoll@energytransfer.com. Bids for capacity which include terms and
conditions which are inconsistent with MRT's tariff, the terms and conditions set
forth in this posting, or the Request Form provided; and/or are submitted via
incomplete or incorrectly completed Request Forms, will not be accepted.

MRT will determine the best bid(s) submitted and will post such best bid(s) on its
internet web site or will post that no bids were acceptable. Contingent upon the
Bidder meeting MRT's creditworthiness standards as set forth in Section 26 of
the GT&C, MRT agrees to waive, on a non-discriminatory basis, Section 15.4(b)
of the GT&C, which requires that all valid requests for firm service be
 accompanied by a prepayment.

This ROFR posting shall remain on MRT's internet web site for a minimum of 30
calendar days. Questions regarding this posting or the bid process should be
directed to Mike Stoll at (314) 602-9509.
