 On May 9, 2023, MRT posted notice of a bidding period for Firm
 Northbound Transportation capacity of 20,000 Dth/d from the Field Zone
 to the Market Zone on its Main Line system.  MRT has determined
 pursuant to the procedures set forth in Section 5.8(e) of the GT&C of
 MRT s tariff that the best bid(s) received are as follows:  20,000
 Dth/day for a term of four (4) years and ten and one-half (10 1/2)
 months at MRT s maximum tariff rate.
