 April 11, 2023


 On March 1, 2023, MRT posted notice of a bidding period for Firm
 Northbound Transportation capacity, from a new receipt point to be
 constructed at the EGT-MRT Perryville Hub location to any points south
 and including Glendale on the Main Line.  MRT has determined pursuant
 to the procedures set forth in Section 5.8(e) of the GT&C of MRT s
 tariff that the best bids received are as follows:  50,000 Dth/day for
 a term of fourteen (14) years and four (4) months, 7,000 Dth/d for a
 term of two (2) years, both at MRT s maximum tariff rate, and 8,737
 Dth/d shifted from Glendale to the new Perryville receipt through July
 31, 2028 also at MRT s maximum tariff rate.
