 Enable-Mississippi River Transmission Corporation ( MRT )

 Open Season Posting
 March 1, 2023

 Pursuant to Section 5.8(b) of the General Terms and Conditions (GT&C) of
 MRT s FERC Gas Tariff, MRT is soliciting bids for service to be made available
 to or from a new point of interconnection for deliveries from the MRT system into
 the Enable Gas Transmission, LLC (EGT) pipeline system at Glendale, Arkansas
 effective upon the completion of the facility modifications required to make the
 MRT-EGT Glendale point bidirectional.  The Glendale available delivery point
 capacity from MRT to EGT up to 100,000 Dth/d.  The new delivery point is
 anticipated to be in service by June 1, 2023. In addition, MRT is hereby providing
 notice of the potential availability of up to 314,000 Dth/d of firm receipt point
 capacity from a new receipt point between EGT and MRT in the Perryville Hub.
 The new receipt point is anticipated to be in service by September 1, 2023.
 MRT s available pipeline capacity between the new Perryville receipt and the
 new Glendale delivery point is 232,912 Dth/d and MRT is soliciting bids for firm
 service utilizing this available capacity through this open season.  Customers
 bidding on the new EGT Perryville Receipt capacity and awarded such capacity
 through this Open Season may elect to have their primary receipts shifted from
 the current displacement meter to the new bidirectional EGT Perryville receipt
 meter upon this new receipt point being placed into service.

 All MRT Field Zone receipt points (subject to available capacity at these points)
 will be eligible as primary receipts to the new Glendale Delivery point

 The award of the firm transportation capacity posted herein is subject to all terms
 and conditions of MRT's FERC Gas Tariff, as amended from time to time.  MRT
 will evaluate and determine, on an objective and non-discriminatory basis, the
 best bid(s) received in accordance with the Commission's regulations and its
 tariff, and MRT will consider bids for service from receipt and delivery point
 combinations that maximize potential revenue.  Subject to the posting
 requirements of Section 5.8 of the GT&C and any regulatory requirements, MRT
 will use a closed-bid process.

 Customers desiring to bid on this capacity must submit bids by 5:00 P.M. March
 31, 2023, by e-mailing a completed Request Form, which is attached, to the
 following:

 Bids for capacity which include terms and conditions which are inconsistent with
 MRT's tariff, the terms and conditions set forth in this posting, or the Request
 Form provided; and/or are submitted via incomplete or incorrectly completed
 Request Forms, may not be accepted.

 Contingent upon the Bidder meeting MRT's creditworthiness standards as set
 forth in Section 26 of the GT&C, MRT agrees to waive, on a non-discriminatory
 basis, Section 15(b) of the GT&C, which requires that all valid requests for firm
 service be accompanied by a prepayment.

 This bid may be withdrawn, revised and/or modified prior to 5:00 P.M. March 31,
 2023, at which time it shall be a binding offer, which may not be withdrawn or
 revised.  MRT shall notify Bidder whether the capacity requested herein will be
 allocated to Bidder.  Such notification shall be consistent with the procedures and
 time deadlines set forth in Section 5.8 of the General Terms and Conditions of
 MRT's FERC Gas Tariff ("GT&C").  For purposes of Section 5.8 of the GT&C, the
 date of the latest revision (prior to 5:00 P.M. on March 31, 2023) shall be the date
 of the bid submission.

 If, pursuant to the procedures set forth in Section 5.8 of the GT&C, the capacity
 requested herein is awarded to Bidder, Bidder agrees to meet all terms and
 conditions of MRT's tariff and to execute a service agreement with MRT which is
 consistent with and incorporates the terms and conditions stated herein.

 This request is a binding offer capable of acceptance by MRT at any time after
 March 31, 2023.  This Request Form must be executed by an authorized officer
 or an individual authorized to bind the Bidder to the request herein.

 Capacity awarded by MRT shall be subject to all terms and conditions of MRT's
 FERC Gas Tariff as amended from time to time.
