 Notice Text:


 This System Protection Warning is being issued pursuant to Section 9, GT&C, of MRT s Tariff to notify all
 parties of unplanned maintenance at the Perryville Compressor Station located in The Perryville Hub.
 The unplanned maintenance on the Perryville Compressor Station will begin immediately, with an
 undetermined completion date.
 Based on current nominations, MRT does not anticipate impacts to its primary firm services.
 However, unforeseen issues, including, but not limited to, nominations, weather conditions, etc., may
 result in scheduling reductions. In the event that unforeseen issues do occur, EMRT will evaluate
 nominations, on a case by case basis, based on daily operations to alleviate impacts to the extent
 possible.

 Shippers should nominate based on their contractual rights to reduce the risk of becoming a lower
 priority should scheduling become necessary.

 This Critical Notice will remain in effect until further notice and will be updated if more information
 becomes available. This maintenance can also be referenced on EGT s EBB (Critical Notice #4866).
