This Action Alert is being issued pursuant to Section 7, GT&C, of Gulf Run’s Tariff to notify shippers of unplanned maintenance at Gulf Run’s Panola Compressor Station located in Panola County, Texas and in Gulf Run’s Zone 1.

This unplanned maintenance is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, June 3^rd, 2025 and will be completed by Saturday, June 7^th, 2025 at 9:00 AM.

During this unplanned maintenance:

·         Panola will be limited to an estimated throughput capacity of 1,350,000 dth/d.

·         Point Operators located in the impacted area will experience higher pressures.

Gulf Run will evaluate nominations, on a case by case basis, based on daily operations to alleviate impacts to the extent possible. During this unplanned maintenance, shippers should nominate from their contractual MRO location to their contractual MDO location to reduce risk of scheduling reductions. Should any of the details of this posting change, Gulf Run will notify its shippers and update this notice accordingly.

Gulf Run will schedule nominations, if needed, on each impacted day in accordance with its tariff. This alert will remain in effect until the completion of the maintenance.
