the reference is to all generally available Pools and Additional
Individual Receipt Points in such Pooling Area.
Max Trf Rate and Rate Chgd expressed as blended rates
derived by adding the Commodity Charge and the unitized
Reservation Charge, calculated on an assumed 100% load factor
basis based on K Holder's K Qty-K, unless otherwise stated.
K Holder pays Reservation Charge regardless of quantities
transported.
Delivery Location is interconnection between Transporter and a local
distribution company's City-Gate for the account of K Holder, and not
K Holder's actual facility.
Compressor Usage Surcharge (CUS), if applicable, is subject to change
semi-annually and/or subject to FERC approval.
Original K End Date was 3/31/2026.
Effective as of the end of the Day on March 31, 2025,
Transporter and Shipper agreed to terminate this
Agreement.
As consideration for Transporter's early termination
of this Agreement and pursuant to Section 13.3 of the
General Terms and Conditions of Transporter's Tariff,
Shipper agrees to pay to Transporter or cause their
agent to pay Transporter:
*$16,336.54 for reservation charges for the months of
April 2025 through July 2025 on or before April 1, 2025.
*The full amounts due per the invoices for the service
months of February and March 2025 by the due dates of
each invoice.
Upon Transporter's receipt of the payments referenced
above, Transporter acknowledges that the account
associated with this Agreement shall be considered
closed, satisfied and paid in full and that Shipper
is released of any further payments or obligations
with respect to the Agreement.
