 New Information Posted 12/5/2024:                                                                                                                                                                                                                        
 EGT received notification that Enable Oklahoma Intrastate Transmission ( EOIT ) has terminated                                                                                                                                                           
 their L21 Force Majeure event.                                                                                                                                                                                                                           
 Critical Notice #5839 is hereby terminated, effective immediately.                                                                                                                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          
 Previous Information Posted 11/13/2024:                                                                                                                                                                                                                  
 EGT received notification of a Force Majeure event from Enable Oklahoma Intrastate Transmission,                                                                                                                                                         
 LLC ( EOIT ) informing EGT that EOIT will not be able to carry out its obligations to EGT under the                                                                                                                                                      
 firm transportation agreements EGT holds on the EOIT system due to repairs/maintenance EOIT is                                                                                                                                                           
 performing on its pipeline L21. As a result of the EOIT Force Majeure notification, EGT is issuing this                                                                                                                                                  
 Operational Alert pursuant to Section 20, GT&C of EGT s Tariff to inform shippers that the EOIT                                                                                                                                                          
 Force Majeure event constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 8, GT&C of EGT s Tariff
