 Subject: PLANNED BYARS LAKE MAINTENANCE

 Notice Text:

This Operational Alert is being issued pursuant to Section 20, GT&C, of EGT s Tariff to notify
shippers of maintenance at EGT s Byars Lake Compressor Station located in McClain County,
Oklahoma and in EGT s West-2 Pooling Area. The maintenance will begin October 3rd, 2023 and
is anticipated to be completed by 9:00 a.m. on October 6th, 2023.
Primary firm services nominated through Byars Lake Compressor Station will be scheduled to
approximately 90-95% of MRO quantities during the outage.
Unforeseen issues, including, but not limited to, nominations, weather conditions, storage
needs, etc., may result in scheduling reductions. In the event that unforeseen issues do occur,
EGT will evaluate nominations, on a case by case basis, based on daily operations to alleviate
impacts to the extent possible. During this planned maintenance, shippers should nominate
from their contractual MRO location to reduce risk of scheduling reductions. Should any of the
details of this posting change, EGT will notify its shippers and update this notice accordingly.
EGT will schedule nominations, if needed, on each impacted day in accordance with its tariff.
This alert will remain in effect until the completion of the maintenance.
If you have any questions concerning this alert, please contact your Scheduling Representative.
