 Pursuant to Section 4 of Rate Schedule PHS, EGT hereby provides notice that, effective April 5th, 2023,
 through April 30th, 2023, EGT will be allowing Authorized Overrun withdrawals for its Firm Park and
 Loans customers at a discounted rate of $0.05/Dth.  Consistent with Section 4 of Rate Schedule PHS, the
 service agreements of customers electing to utilize Authorized Overrun service for Firm PALS
 withdrawals during the relevant period at the discounted rate noted above will be deemed to be
 amended to provide for such discounted rate.
