 This Operational Alert is being issued pursuant to GT&C Sections 8 and 20 of EGT s Tariff to
 inform EGT shipers that Gulf Run Transmission, LLC ( Gulf Run ) has issued an Action Alert and
 a Notice of Force Majeure regarding the impacts of power outages from a tornado to Gulf Run s
 Vernon Compressor Station, located in Jackson Parish, Louisiana.  Gulf Run will be scheduling
 down through the Vernon compressor.  Gulf Run s scheduling activities may impact EGT s ability
 to schedule volumes throught the Vernon Compressor Station under the Capacity Lease EGT
 holds on Gulf Run.
 As more information becomes available, EGT will notify its shippers by updating this posting.
