 EGT MAY 2022 CASHOUT INDEX

 Several published index prices as shown in the EGT Tariff for cashout price calculation are no longer available to EGT.  EGT s Tariff requires EGT to post its substitute price or pricing formula that will be used in EGT s cashout ca
 lculations as a replacement for any missing index prices.  EGT will be using the following index prices for each of the EGT Pooling Areas for cashout purposes in May 2022.

 As a West 1 Pooling Area replacement index for May 1-31, 2022, EGT will use the daily midpoint average of Panhandle, Tx.-Okla. as reported by Gas Daily.

 As a West 2 Pooling Area replacement index for May 1-31, 2022, EGT will use the daily midpoint average of Panhandle, Tx.-Okla. as reported by Gas Daily.

 As a South Pooling Area replacement index for May 1-31, 2022, EGT will use the daily midpoint average of Enable Gas, East and Tx. Gas, zone 1 as reported by Gas Daily.

 As a Line CP Pooling Area replacement index for May 1-31, 2022, EGT will use the daily midpoint average of Tx. Gas, zone 1 as reported by Gas Daily.

 EGT will continue to use the daily midpoint average of Enable Gas, East as reported by Gas Daily for the Flex and North Pooling Area indices.


 These index replacements are good for May 1-31, 2022 only.  EGT reserves the right to modify this method as necessary for future index replacements.  Please contact Amy Morris at 405-553-6474 if you have any questions concerning the
