 Notice Text:


 This Operational Alert is being issued pursuant to Section 20, GT&C, of EGT s Tariff to notify all parties of
 unplanned maintenance at the Perryville Compressor Station located in The Perryville Hub.
 The unplanned maintenance on the Perryville Compressor Station will begin immediately, with an
 undetermined completion date.
 Based on current nominations, EGT does not anticipate impacts to its primary firm services.
 However, unforeseen issues, including, but not limited to, nominations, weather conditions, etc., may
 result in scheduling reductions. In the event that unforeseen issues do occur, EGT will evaluate
 nominations, on a case by case basis, based on daily operations to alleviate impacts to the extent
 possible.

 Shippers should nominate to their contractual MDO to reduce the risk of becoming a lower priority
 should scheduling become necessary.

 This Operational Alert will remain in effect until further notice and will be updated if more information
 becomes available. This maintenance can also be references on MRT s EBB (Critical Notice #4196).
